Introduction

As an early engineer at multiple startups, Mikko has worked with a wide range of technologies and problem domains such as live-service games, AI-powered patent search, and car maintenance software. He is just as capable of turning loosely defined product requirements into working software fast as he is of diagnosing and fixing a backend struggling under load.

Outside of work, Mikko is a competitive card gamer with over $70,000 in career winnings from Magic: the Gathering and national championship titles in multiple games.
