Atte joined Softlandia in January 2026 after more than 10 years as a software consultant at companies like Vincit and Etteplan. Over the years, he has worked as a developer, technical lead, and architect, with experience across web development, cloud, DevOps, architecture, and applied AI.

His first Softlandia project was with HappySignals, where he worked hands-on with applied AI features connected to their new AI Advisor, Ask. The feature helps IT teams ask questions about their experience data and turn large amounts of feedback into clearer priorities and insights.

From there, Atte quickly moved into a broader role: taking technical lead responsibility in AI projects, advising customers on AI and architecture, conducting architecture audits, running customer demos and coaching discussions, and helping us improve internally, including our technical recruitment process.

What makes Atte's first six months a good example of working at Softlandia is the mix of depth and variety. A single project may require hands-on AI development, architecture decisions, and business discussions with the customer, often all at once. The technologies and domains change, but the core stays the same: understand the problem, get close to the customer, and build something that creates real business impact.
