With nearly 25 years in the ICT field — including over a decade in Finnish ICT consulting — he brings a pragmatic, commercially minded approach to scaling consulting operations without losing what matters most: the customer experience.

Jesse believes that strong consulting is built on clear processes, high-quality execution, and teams that can be trusted to deliver. He has extensive experience in sales, key customer leadership, and partnerships, and is known for driving efficient operations while keeping the customer firmly at the center of everything.

At Softlandia, Jesse is responsible for the operational backbone of the consulting business, working across sales, recruitment, marketing, and administration to support sustainable growth. His focus is on turning strong demand into predictable delivery — and helping customers move from ideas and pilots into real, production-grade solutions.
