Zoined wanted to enable its customers to chat with their data in order to uncover new insights through real-time visual analytics. While the vision was clear, AI architecture was unfamiliar territory for the team.
At the same time, the in-house tech team was stretched thin, balancing technical debt, ongoing product development, and incoming issues from customer support.
Softlandia supported Zoined by first auditing their initial AI data analyst bot and then helped evolve it into a scalable foundation.
