Kuullas has built proactive mental coaching is a tool that supports employee well-being, develops personal capabilities, and prevents mental challenges, thus increasing the value of your organization's personnel on both individual and team levels. The service is offered to employees of the customer companies as part of the HR-services.

The tool connects employees with suitable coaches through a digital matchmaking platform, supporting mental wellbeing at scale in large organizations.

The Challenge

Kuullas wanted to take their online matchmaking solution to production but lacked a tech team with applied AI expertise. Delivery of the whole solution was done in co-operation with Qvik. Softlandia responsibility was to design and implement the AI Engine for the platform.
